Dr.Cara is a fictitious character in Parcelpaedia (trailer: https://vimeo.com/433190102).
He is a physician who examines the parcels sent home by Eastern European migrants working in Italy. After the pseudo-medical examinations, he registers the results in a medical file: a collection of notes, precription plans, newspaper clips and pages from the encyclopedia of parcels called Parcelpaedia.
